1. Booking and Payment: A 50% Advance payment is required upon booking to secure the date of service. The remaining balance is due in 7 working days after the event. Payments can be made via bank transfer.
2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will not incur a charge.
3. Equipment Liability: V.S. Sound and Lights Company retains ownership of all equipment provided. Any damage or loss of equipment caused by the client or guests will be the financial responsibility of the client.
4. Technical Support: A certified technician will be present during the event to operate and manage the sound and lighting equipment.
5. Setup and Breakdown: V.S. Sound and Lights Company requires access to the venue at least 6 hours (24 hours prior based on major events) prior to the event for setup and 2 hours after the event for breakdown. Any delays caused by the client may result in additional charges.
6. Health and Safety Compliance: The client is responsible for ensuring that the event venue meets all health and safety requirements. V.S. Sound and Lights Company reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe for personnel or equipment.
